GroveLight engagements begin with a defined scope, proposal, or Strategic Audit. Build work starts only after scope, ownership, fees, provider costs, revision limits, and launch responsibilities are agreed in writing.

Provider costs such as hosting, domains, email, storage, analytics, paid apps, and AI or API usage are billed separately unless a proposal says otherwise.

New features, integrations, emergency work, extra revision rounds, additional locations, and new languages require a change order or retainer allowance before work proceeds.
