The studio

A studio — not a
software vendor.

Most operators are handed the same off-the-shelf tool as everyone else in their trade and told to adapt. GroveLight exists for the ones who’ve outgrown that — who need a system built around how they actually run, with their own apps and their own private intelligence layer.

What we do

We design and build dedicated Service OS platforms — the operating system a whole business runs on: intake, dispatch, scheduling, client portals, reporting. We ship the native field and client apps that go with it, published under your brand. And we build Quill AI, a private intelligence layer trained on your domain and your data, never pooled with anyone else’s.

Who we build for

Independent and middle-market operators across most industries — trades, healthcare, logistics, professional services, manufacturing, energy — anywhere a real operation is being run on tools that were built for someone else.

Omniview, a GroveLight product

For governed operations at scale — approvals, workflows, provenance, and connector governance — we build and operate Omniview as GroveLight’s flagship platform. Your custom Service OS and Omniview stay separate products; we connect them only where it helps your operation.

Operator portraits and work scenes across this site come from our Light Studio direction library — real environments and lighting, mapped to each vertical without stock-photo drift.

How we work

Four things we don’t bend on.

01

You own it

Every line of code, every design file, every app listing is yours. We build under your name, not on a platform you rent forever.

02

Built around you

We don’t recolor a template. Each system is shaped to one operation’s real economics — so it fits like it grew there.

03

Honest by default

Cloud and AI are billed at cost, with no markup. If something isn’t worth building, we say so before you spend.

04

Never finished

We stay. A predictable monthly fee keeps the system evolving as your business does — not frozen the day it ships.
