These terms cover use of this website. The work we do for clients is governed by a separate written build agreement, which always takes precedence for that engagement.

The content here — copy, imagery, pricing illustrations — is provided for information. Prices shown are starting points and are confirmed in a written scope before any work begins.

Ownership of work

For client engagements, you own everything we build for you on full payment — source code, design files, and app-store listings. We retain the right to describe the work at a high level in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Imagery

Operator portraits and work scenes on this site are illustrative and are not photographs of specific named clients unless explicitly stated.
