GroveLight Studios builds custom software for businesses. This policy explains what we collect through this website and through the systems we build and operate for our clients.

What this website collects

This marketing site is static and does not run advertising trackers. If you email us, we receive the information you choose to send — your name, business, and what you’re trying to solve — solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not sell or share it.

Client systems we build

When we build a Service OS or app for a client, that client owns the data inside it. We act as a processor under the client’s instructions. Quill AI models are trained on a single client’s own data and are never pooled across clients or used to train shared models.

Sub-processors

Hosting and AI infrastructure run on established cloud providers, billed to clients at cost. We name every sub-processor in each client’s build agreement.

Your rights

You may ask us what we hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion at any time by emailing info@grovelightstudios.com. We respond within 30 days.
